操作方法

转移样本至新管，加入与血清/血浆等体积的试剂；

涡旋混匀，此步后溶液将变混浊。

放入4℃冰箱静置过夜；

4℃，3220g离心60min，弃上清，外泌体沉淀存留在离心管底部；

用适量PBS重悬外泌体沉淀，存放于4℃（不超过1周）或-20℃/-80℃（长时间保存）
